We do everything we can to get your order on time. This also works in 99% of cases. The delivery times are indicated per product. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to deal with external factors, such as storms, road works, delays at the carrier, so there may still be a slight delay.

Please note: A payment via iDeal or Paypal is immediately received by us. When paying with a credit card, the delivery time is highly dependent on the speed with which the credit card company operates.

What we find important.

With us you can not order until 22.00 or 23.59u and get a next day delivery. Be aware that for this service many people have to deal with everything quickly at night, at low wages and under great pressure so that your order can be delivered to you in the morning or afternoon. Research has shown that the majority of those orders can not be delivered because there is no one at home and the delivery person is standing in front of a closed door. Shipments that have to be signed, go back in the car and then be delivered the next day or go to the nearest pick-up point where you can pick it up the next day or be delivered to somebody else in your street ... what is then your profit? The people who process the orders at night sleep during the day. Seeing in the winter months hardly any daylight, their children can not get out of school etc., etc. And all that because we suddenly find that the service level has to be higher by offering this kind of late order services. THERE WE DO NOT WORK WITH ME.

We understand that a professional photographer who is suddenly in an emergency situation where something goes spontaneously and urgently needs a replacement item ... this service is great. Shipping costs partial delivery

After your order is complete, it is possible that some ordered items are in stock and others are not yet in stock. In that case you can opt for a partial delivery, for this you need to contact us. By default orders are only shipped after they are in stock with us in full.
